Founder / Board Advisor
Cory is a founder and chief strategist of Goldbach. He is also the founder of Actuarial Risk Management (ARM), which he has grown into a multinational consulting firm with an innovative business model, including the Argentina-based Data & Modelling teams.
Cory is a Member of the Society of Actuaries and a graduate of the University of Manitoba.
Founder / Chairman
Richard is a founder and Chairman of Goldbach. An experienced professional in financial services and pension solutions, he previously co-founded and led major initiatives at Swiss Re and PwC.
His work contributed significantly to the development of the UK Pension Protection Fund's risk-based levy and the UK Pension Regulator's original Clearance Guidance rules. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the University of Birmingham.
Founder / Chief Commercial Officer
Antony is a founder and head of business and commercial development at Goldbach. He assisted in the set-up of Paternoster, one of the first new bulk annuity entrants, and was seconded to the UK Government to help create the Pension Protection Fund and personal accounts — now NEST, the UK's largest DC arrangement.
He created The Pension SuperFund and other alternative pension risk transfer solutions, and was adviser to the United Nations Pension Fund. Antony is a former actuary and Chief Investment Officer of one of the UK's largest pension funds.
Founder / CFO
Phil is an actuary and the CFO of Goldbach, responsible for actuarial reporting, finances, and systems. He developed the financial, risk and control models underpinning Goldbach's products, and has built financial and risk systems for several large banks and insurance companies.
His work has contributed to the growth of insurance, pension and technology firms in both the UK and USA. Phil is a Member of the Society of Actuaries and a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
