Background

We have spent our careers working in the retirement and life insurance industry. Today's retirees have too few choices. Life annuities are expensive and inflexible. Flexible drawdown is hard to manage. Who knows how much money you will need when you are 98?

We are determined to fix that with Goldbach's products.

Cory Zass

Founder / CHAIRMAN

Cory is a founder & chief strategist of Goldbach.

He also is the founder of Actuarial Risk.Management (ARM), which he has grown into a multinational consulting firm with an innovative business model. ARM includes the Argentina-based Data & Modeling (DMI) teams.

Cory is a member of the Society of Actuaries and a graduate of the University of Manitoba.

Richard Farr

Founder / CEO

Richard is a founder and CEO of Goldbach.

He is an experienced professional in the field of financial services and pension solutions. Before Goldbach he co-founded and led major initiatives at Swiss Re and PwC.

His work has significantly contributed to the development of the UK Pension Protection Fund's risk-based levy and the UK's Pension Regulator's original Clearance Guidance rules​.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the University of Birmingham.

Phil Ellis

Founder / cfo

Phil is a finance professional and actuary, and the CFO for Goldbach. He is responsible for the administration, finances and systems of Goldbach.

Phil developed the financial, risk and control models underpinning Goldbach's products.

His work has contributed to the growth of insurance, pension and technology firms in the UK and USA. He is a member of the Society of Actuaries and a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
